turns out that:
%{_kf5_includedir}/KDCRAW/
by itself already does recursive ownership, so that the dir *and* everything
under it is owned, it is the simplified equivalent to doing:
%dir %{_kf5_includedir}/KDCRAW/
%{_kf5_includedir}/KDCRAW/*
