It works with older libibverbs. However, we update 'BuildRequires: libibverbs-devel >= 1.2.0' for *all* RDMA user space drivers to prevent build the drivers against old libibverbs in Fedora koji system. As Fedora always asks for latest upstream release to be packaged up, the latest libibverbs will be installed.
