"Requires" means "you cannot install this package without this/these packages
already installed, unless you force it". That is 100% by design. That's what we
have things like yum and dnf for -- they automatically sort out dependencies
and install them as needed. 'dnf install opa-fmgui' would install all the
Requires packages.

No, you can't bundle a bunch of 3rd party jar files that are already packaged
separately in Fedora into your package.

#2 is valid, it's possible a required package gets updated and breaks things,
but welcome to open source. :)
