Please fix your file paths to use macros appropriately.
For example, for the udev rules, please use %{_udevrulesdir} instead of
/usr/lib/udev/rules.d.
For /usr/lib/udev, just replace /usr with %{_prefix}.
In addition, the inclusion of "systemd" as a BuildRequires is only required
when you need to actually run some programs from systemd in the build/test
process. Otherwise, systemd-devel should be sufficient.
