Do you mean
%package -n python2-django-%{pypi_name}
?
By reading your comment, I have just found out that the package would not
compile on EPEL7 because the python2 prefix of some of its dependencies.
I will edit as soon as possible the spec file like I have already done in past
for package python-django-model-utils
