Previously, if the user would have installed the libprimesieve-devel package this would also install the primesieve package with the binary. I don't like this idea because most users will be interested in the primesieve binary and I want users to be able to install the binary with 'dnf install primesieve'. I have also improved the summaries and descriptions of the different packages.
