There should be a way to copy the starter database to /var/lib/openas2/db at
startup, *only* if it doesn't already exist - maybe in ExecStartPre. 
Alternatively, I could patch the code to server.runScript('db_ddl.sql') when
the table is missing - that would work with any database configured (but would
it be safe?  I'd hate to DROP a production table it mistakenly thought was
missing).  Or have a Readme_Fedora.md that talks about doing so manually.
