Ah, there's a special macro, %dir, you can use to just own the directory and
not all the files inside recursively.
so e.g.
%dir %{_datadir}/zsh
%dir %{_datadir}/zsh/site-functions
%{_datadir}/zsh/site-functions/_hub
you can also just do
%{_datadir}/zsh
but I think being explicit is better
