Description: PuLP is an LP modeler written in Python. PuLP can generate MPS or
LP files and call GLPK, COIN-OR CLP/CBC, CPLEX, GUROBI, MOSEK, XPRESS, CHOCO,
MIPCL, SCIP to solve linear problems.

I have not included the doc subpackage for now. It uses the `sphinx-glpi` theme
which is not packaged in Fedora. However, the new release would contain the
docs with the `sphinx-rtd` theme which is already packaged. Therefore the docs
subpackage can be included with the next release.
