Oh boy, I made a new VM, tried the review in there, and it all worked. After
digging and digging, I think there's a conflict that happens with the
azure-cli-core tests if more than one thread is running tests at one time. I've
removed pytest-xdist from the picture just to see if that helps. I noticed that
your log had two threads running while mine only had one.

Can you try this latest build?
