Still interested in this review? %{nameAPI} is not necessary I think. If
incompatible changes appear in the code, dependent package have to adjust. If
they do at the same time, there is little benefit of major version being part
of every subpackage. If that changes, dependent packages have to adjust all
dependencies. It is required on Debian, but not recommended practice on Fedora.
