There are six libarrow plasma-* packages: plasma-devel, plasma-glib-devel,
plasma-glib-doc, plasma-glib-libs, plasma-libs, and plasma-store-server.

There are no rpm package files in any Fedora repo from F35 on with those names.
E.g.
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/rawhide/Everything/x86_64/os/Packages/p/
for one.

None of the 55 plasma-* rpms in Fedora 35 has a 'provides' for those names.

dnf search and repoquery do not return any rpm with those names.

Where you are seeing (kde) rpm files with the these names?
