This is because: - "version" file is missing - With autoconf 2.68 (F-15 uses this), "m4_esyscmd" (on the line 12 of configure.ac) doesn't work as expected. So even if I add "version" file and call "autoreconf -fi", VERSION macro cannot yet be defined.
