The 'extra_release' tag enables creation of easy one-off test builds with unique nevr. This is common across most virt related RPMs in Fedora. 2. manpages are an RFE for a future upstream release 3. Yes, this isn't even suitable for EPEL6, due to requirement for gobject introspection support 4.
