Packages have been built for CentOS 6 and 7, but there is no repository on the servers yet that can be used for installing. There will be a "gluster-3.10" directory here soon(ish?): https://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/6/storage/x86_64/ https://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/7/storage/x86_64/ Those directories can be used as a "baseurl" in a YUM .repo file.
