I get the same error with your box. And trying to untar it gives an error:
tar -xzf ../windows_10_parallels.box
packer-parallels-iso.pvm/harddisk1.hdd/harddisk1.hdd.0.{5fbaabe3-6958-40ff-92a7-860e329aab41}.hds:
Attempt to write to an empty file
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors.
Are you running out of disk space or something?
