We didn't maintain patch notes for maintenance patches. The best way to
see what have been pushed to maintenance is to read commit history.
Example for maintenance/9.2 branch:
- on Github: [1]
- using a RSS reader: [2]
Most of the time, we opened an issue and we mentioned issue number when
pushing commit. That could help you understand content of patches.
