could it be that you're hit by
https://github.com/inverse-inc/packetfence/issues/8013
(password contains characters not save to use in shell like spaces)?
If you want to try the failing command on cli to debug the issue further
you'll find it here:
/usr/share/doc/python3-impacket/example/addcomputer.py
For building the docker container running impacket-addcomputer the above
python script is symlinked temporary into /usr/local/pf/bin
(/usr/local/pf/containers/pfperl-api/Dockerfile).
