Hello PacketFence users community, I've recently installed PacketFence 14.1 and tried to use it for a captive portal with Email validation. Upon adding configuration for office 365 exchange, Email tests would fail with the error below
SMTP auth() command failed: 5.7.4 Unrecognized authentication type I've tried multiple variations from using STARTTLS to disabling SSL check and on Exchange side tried disabling security defaults, allowing smtp auth for the user account and using an app password instead of regular user password, but the same error persisted. Tests with other SMTP platforms yielded positive results. Is there a known limitation for this or a compatibility issue, and is there also a known workaround that could help, unfortunately forum threads i've seen for this issue are still open ? Thanks in advance.
