Please follow the Installation guide (available under Downloads -> Documentation on the packetfence website) or get help from a Linux sysadmin before you do anymore damage ;) On a more serious note, to install PacketFence, you need to setup a repository and then do a `yum install packetfence`. Use google to find more about how to setup a repo (our guide covers it also). However, I notice from the screenshot that you are running in a virtualized environment? Maybe running the PacketFence ZEN would be a better fit for you as it is a pre-installed vmware image.
