Yes it's a supura SPA-2002... the packetfence log shows it detected it's a VOIP 
device.. but it still puts it into VLAN 1... instead of VLAN 100...

Is your hardware supported with VoIP?

What's in logs/packetfence.log when you plug in your VoIP device?
