Hi PacketFence users, Maybe some of you noticed it, but it appears that the RPMForge repository makes yum to segfault. We saw that behavior on our build system today, and many internet users appears to have the same problems : http://techblog.tgharold.com/2011/07/rhel-yum-update-rpmforge-causes.html
So what that means? It means that you will NOT be able to update your systems using rpmforge packages, or install packages required to install PacketFence. As I am speaking, we did not find anything to fix the problem. For now, disable your rpmforge repository to perform OS updates. I invite you to track the issue here : http://www.packetfence.org/bugs/view.php?id=1241 Thanks! -- Francois Gaudreault, ing. jr [email protected] :: +1.514.447.4918 (x130) :: www.inverse.ca Inverse inc. :: Leaders behind SOGo (www.sogo.nu) and PacketFence (www.packetfence.org) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Magic Quadrant for Content-Aware Data Loss Prevention Research study explores the data loss prevention market.
