Check page 4 of the DEV guide from the PF website, it tells you exactly what 
you are looking for.  What you are wanting to do is essentially the same thing 
as translating, it took me forever to figure that one out so please don't feel 
bad : )

I'd like to add some additional text to the 'No network activity detected' 
message which is displayed when a machine completes registration but doesn't 
get moved out of the registration VLAN.

I have looked in the file which contains the text strings but can't locate this 
one.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?
