I have a new challenge for the group.

The (absolutely wonderful) Inverse team assisted SMCCCD getting our Packetfence
system up and running. As part of that contract, they helped configure a
switch and WAP to work with the PF system, that I could then use as a guide for
rolling out PF across our 4 campuses.

The work they did was great, and everything works as expected - Including
getting redirected to our college district web site after the registration form
is submitted.

So now I have rolled out PF to 1 additional switch and WAP. Everything is
working as expected except the webpage redirection after the registration form
has been submitted.

* I have checked the config in my production switch against the config
in my test switch that Inverse configured. They are the same (for PF code
anyway). As well as the 2 WAPs.

* As far as I can tell the entries in switches.conf and networks.conf
are the same for the switches and WAPs. (Which stands to reason since you
"clone" the entries on the Web Admin page)

I don't know what I have missed, but I am assuming it is something in the
switch configuration that I can't see, or I have missed a step on the PF server.

Because, if I take the WAP that Inverse configured, and move it to the switch
that I did (and changing nothing more than the WAPs IP address and
default-gateway) the webpage redirection fails. If I move it back to the
Inverse configured switch - it works!

Can anyone assist me in finding out what I have missed or done wrong.
Thanks
mlh
