Andi,
When you modify the flat files, you need to restart :
- RADIUS (pfcmd service radiusd restart)
- httpd (pfcmd service httpd restart)
- pfsetvlan (pfcmd service pfsetvlan)
The changes are not applied to the running daemons

radius server keeps saying that the switch is in testing mode and will

I remember there's a global setting for testing which is by default
set to enabled, however I cannot find this setting in pf.conf, nor
pf.conf.defaults or documention.conf.
