Hi,

You may have some leftover from older version. I checked on our vanilla
3.2 deployment here, and the link is fine.

You might want to review the httpd configs, or the php file in
html/admin/configuration.

Hi Guys,

Im new in the packetfence, so please help me if it possible :)
I would like use the PF to a guest access and captive portal solution. The
installation was OK, but when I try reach the captive portal
(https://pf.biztributor.local/) I get error message from the webserver:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /redir.cgi on this server.

When I try reach the captive portal for test (https://pf.biztributor.local/),
the webserver redirect to this URL:
https://pf.biztributor.local/captive-portal?destination_url=https://pf.biztributor.local/
 - and get the forbidden message.

Could you help me?

Thanx

Tamas

I see that node search (a front end for ~pf/bin/pfcmd node view) does not let
you search by IP address. The shortest path I see from a complaint about an IP
address to a violation is:

Status => ip - mac history => (search) => click on mac address => carefully
hover to display the hidden actions => violation, etc

That's a lot of clicks for a common operation. Am I missing something? I
understand that IP addresses can be reused, but "most recent" is usually the
one I'm looking for, and the node lookup screen shows enough IP history to be
sure.

Hi Rich,

What about:
Dashboard -> Reports -> Active

That does it, thanks!

It would be nice if the search box wasn't off the screen to the right.

Thanks for your help Francois.

In the html/admin/configuration/main.php I change the following code, removing
the $current_top and it fixed my issue.

if (substr_compare('proxies', $setting, 0, 7) == 0) {
          print $setting;
        } else {
          print "<a class='no_hover'
HREF=\"javascript:popUp('$current_top/more_info.php?option=$setting', '200',
'450');\">$setting</a>";
        }
if (substr_compare('proxies', $setting, 0, 7) == 0) {
          print $setting;
        } else {
          print "<a class='no_hover'
HREF=\"javascript:popUp('more_info.php?option=$setting', '200',
'450');\">$setting</a>";
        }

Thanks
