We have noticed we cannot modify the userid attribute in the node table, either
via the web gui OR (and this is the weird part) via a direct mysql command!
(O.o)
This usually happens when we need to manually register a device, such as an
Xbox / BluRay player, Etc.
The web admin GUI fails silently, but the mysql error is:
mysql> update node set `pid`="CJackson" where `MAC`="00:17:fa:df:ee:fe";
ERROR 1452 (23000): Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint
fails (`pf`.`node`, CONSTRAINT `0_57` FOREIGN KEY (`pid`) REFERENCES `person`
(`pid`) ON DELETE CASCADE ON UPDATE CASCADE)
This only happens on devices that cannot complete the self registration form...
very strange.
