before we decide that we are going to officially use packetfence, we want
to know how packetfence captures devices to send to the captive portal
(inline mode). It looks like it is being captured with iptables, but how
does it know which mac addresses are/aren't already registered. If anyone
could shine some light on this, that would be appreciate it.
