I can't seem to get COA working with my Aruba IAPs. Radius authentication
is working without issue so I am sure the secret is set correctly. I just
can't get COA to work. I see the following in the log.
Oct 05 00:42:09 httpd.webservices(7610) ERROR: Wrong RADIUS secret or
unreachable network device... (pf::Switch::Aruba::__ANON__)
Oct 05 00:42:15 httpd.webservices(7610) WARN: Unable to perform RADIUS
CoA-Request: Timeout waiting for a reply from x.x.x.x on port 3799 at
/usr/local/pf/lib/pf/util/radius.pm line 163. (pf::Switch::Aruba::__ANON__)
