Refering to that old thread, you were saying that you were now using 
PacketFence v4.3 or + (now using Catalyst application to handle the portal). 
Can you just confirm with me that it is the case ?

It is part of PacketFence with the ‘status page’ feature.
If I not mistaken, it was part of 4.3
