I am trying to install packetfence but have been unsuccessful.

I have added the key and also packetfence path as follows:
root@uds12:~# ls /etc/apt/sources.list.d/packetfence.list
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/packetfence.list
root@uds12:~# ls -l /etc/apt/sources.list.d/packetfence.list
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 73 Jul 4 18:51
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/packetfence.list
root@uds12:~# cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/packetfence.list
deb http://inverse.ca/downloads/PacketFence/debian-devel precise precise
root@uds12:~#
Once I have added the key using following command:
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv-key 0x810273C4
I give "apt-get install packetfence", it throws me the following error:
