I have been able to reproduce your findings in lab here too.

I guess that means you won the “bug lottery”.

Could you please open a github issue with your findings so we can track it? 
Just copy and paste your email into the description.
We will assign it to someone.

It does look like a session handling issue. 
That’s probably not that hard to fix, so a patch should be forthcoming in 
maintenance.

BTW, your message was nicely detailed.
I would rather have too much information than not enough.
