Thanks, looks like I missed the obvious. I was trying variants like
packetfenceip/status.html and others related to the captive portal,
but not getting any useful responses. Is this supposed to
automatically pop up when a user logs in or something?

One concern is that since this is on the inline interface, it has to
be accessed by IP and not by the name (the name used for the PF server
points at its external interface). This means it does not force the
use of SSL for this connection, and passwords will then be in
cleartext over the air. Can HTTPS be enforced here, and is there some
way to easily let users know this is the site to check their status?
