We are using packetfence 5.7.0

In the process of testing, we are registering users, but would then like to
delete them completely, but seem to be getting the following message.

In our case we click the checkbox next to the user in the Users->Simple
window and select "Deregister" and then click the username and select the
"Delete" button in the window that appears.

At this point we get the "Error! The user still owns nodes and can't be
deleted." even though all devices have been de-registered.

The problem remains even after a quick reboot of the server.

The only error we can grep out of the logs at startup other than services
not being able to connect during the start sequence was this one below
which I think is unrelated to the issue.

Redis can't set maximum open files to 10032 because of OS error: Operation
not permitted.

Cheers,
Ian
