I am following this guide:-

to set up the portals for our BYOD estate and I am trying to create a 'null'
authentication portal module
as outlined on page 45 'Prompting for fields without authentication'.
When I attempt to 'Add Portal Module' and select the 'Authentication' and
'Authentication::Null'
but the GUI is reporting the message:-
'Error! An error occured while contacting the server. Please try again later.'
I get his for some other types as well such as 'Blackhole' but most others are
OK.
Where are the portal modules defined?
