It will be available this week and probably fix your issue.

Everything is working fine with some exceptions.
I created "Bandwidth limit" violation. User may use no more than 200M
per day.
Sometimes the violation works wrong way and block users who has not

Could you clarify who "Bandwidth limit" violation works?
