Then the fastest way to get back on track is probably to drop both pf databases and then just rerun the configurator:
mysql> drop database pf; mysql> drop database pf_graphite; # rm /usr/local/pf/conf/currently-at And then just log out and back in to the admin GUI. It will bring back the configurator.
