sources any where that tell how to configure it to work.

I found a page that says that it requires these settings to work. But i'm not
sure where in packetfence i would find this to add or change.
- Tunnel-Type = 13,
- Tunnel-Medium-Type = 6,
- Tunnel-Private-Group-Id = "149" # <=== add your vlan id for each user.
