Hi Jes,
it's probably a cache issue, have a look at "pfcmd cache" cli command

Hey guys,
I tried adding an ios provisioner to my default registration policy,
to see if I would be able to automatically add my iPhone to a secure
SSID after registering on an open SSID. This failed, as the
provisioner loaded before the device was even registered and failed
because of this, but now I have deleted the darned provisioner from
ALL my portal profiles and I have removed the profile from my iPhone
as well. I even tried deleting the provisioner entirely from
Packetfence, as well as “forgetting” the wifi on my phone, and hard
resetting it. I also tried deleting the references to my iPhone from
the node and node_useragent table in MySQL. However, no matter what I
do, PF is not VERY stern on the fact that I should be using a
provisioner. How in the world do I get rid of that again?
