yes it looks to be a bug for me too.
I will test it tomorrow and let you know.
On the other side you can create an issue on github and i will update it
when it will be fixed. (https://github.com/inverse-inc/packetfence/issues)

May be a bug or something I am doing wrong, but I can't figure what...
I did not add any AD domain otherwise.
