Are you sure packetfence-netdata is running ? I'm able to reproduce your
issue on PF 8.1 by stopping packetfence-netdata.
You can check with:
- journactl -u packetfence-netdata
- systemctl status packetfence-netdata
- ss -nltp |grep netdata
