No, portal modules will provide more granularity to do complex things.
Right now what happens is Android or wireless Windows device connects to
open SSID and gets captive portal. They register on the portal and are
given the install android or windows agent. On running the agent for
windows I get 'Unable to retrieve your profile file, please contact your
local support' on Windows.
I will see if I can reproduce this issue.
On android either the app crashes or I get something like 'no
profiles available'.
You certainly need to enable Android passthroughs:
