Is it possible to change the date format in the v9 GUI so that dates are displayed in UK format (dd/mm/yy) instead of US (mm/dd/yy).

We have recently had an issue where a bunch of users were de-registered manually because the operator misread the date as 07/12/19 instead of 12/07/19.

All very embarrassing and it would be nice to avoid such events in the future.
