Hello,

I'm trying to install a Godaddy wildcard certificate for portal. I renamed the
existing self-signed certificates and private key in /usr/local/pf/conf/ssl to
server.key.original, server.crt.original, and server.pem.original and then
imported and renamed my chained crt file to server.crt and renamed private key
to server.key and moved them into /usr/local/pf/conf/ssl directory. I created
the server.pem by "cat server.key server.crt > server.pem".

Whenever I restart all pf services, the process gets stuck after Checking
configuration sanity so I assume something is wrong with my certs. Since the CN
for my wildcard cert is *.mydomain.com and my hostname in pf.conf is pf02 and
domain is mydomain.com, how does Packetfence handle the *?

If I move the original self-signed certs back to ssl directory and restart pf
services, everything works fine. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks
