    from your Advise, I do carefully recheck source and certificate
configuration but can't find any problem. In my perspective, the root cause
maybe from Perl syntax, I found this source that explained the
similar error

   By the way, I also attach the SAML response of GoogleSuite, you can
review it with SAML-Tracer that is firefox plugin.
