Hello Tantezammit,

the file is there:

/usr/local/pf/conf/radiusd/auth.conf ,so if the file doesn't exist then you probably removed it.

Try a yum reinstall packetfence --enablerepo=packetfence

Regards

Fabrice

Thanks for the quick reply if so then there is a problem with the CentOS 7 release cause I only have one auth.conf file. The Packet Fence installer for CentOS 7 didn't add the other auth.conf file. Can I create it in that location. If so then isn't it failing to create the other auth.conf file a bug?

    Hello Tanzanite,

you need to edit the one in /usr/local/pf/conf/radiusd , this one
is used as a template to generate the running config.

When I edit /use/local/pf/raddb/auth.conf and restart radiusd
using pfcmd the auth.conf file gets rewritten back to default.
How do I stop this behavior? Thanks in advance. Also I am using
Packet Fence V10.0.1 with CentOS 7
