Hello Christian,

Add it first on your servers then once its configured on all your servers, 
update your conf/cluster.conf on the first server and then run:

/usr/local/pf/bin/cluster/sync --as-master

Restart the packetfence services on all servers starting from pf3, pf2 and pf1.

/usr/local/pf/bin/pfcmd service pf restart
