It’s a bug [1] which has been fixed **after** 10.3 release. On a fresh 10.3 install, try following workaround: 1. Apply maintenance patches 2. Pass through configurator You should not have issue anymore. > 2) Impossible to create a new user account in global tenant Do you speak about that bug [2] ?
