I think I had this same issue but got handled thru paid support. It had something to do with my bandwidth accounting table growing to large. I could truncate the table as a temp fix and it would run for about three days before the issue would show up again. A fix was applied but don't know the details and I'm presently waiting to see if the issue comes back again. So far so good.
