Hello, It depends on the switch you have. You should implement mac authentification on your switch port and send request to packetfence servers using radius.

Our setup is simple, devices are all not allowed on the network unless its MAC address has been manually added to an approved Network, these networks have a vlan ID which places the device on the right vlan after they've been authorized.
